Earning her B.S. in Applied Ecology at the University of California, Irvine, Kim is passionate about travel and volunteering. She has built trails in New Zealand, painted a school in Costa Rica, and collected data on endangered manatees in Belize. Her hobbies usually involve outdoors activities like hiking, camping, and snowboarding. But, she is equally content soaking up the sun with a book and coffee in hand.
