As loyal U.S. Green Chamber members and hosts of our upcoming China Informational session, the World Resources Simcenter offers a one of a kind venue in San Diego.
The World Resources SimCenter (WRSC.org) is an immersive visualization facility where you can “see” critical trends, the relationships between issues, accelerate understanding and compare the consequences of different strategies. Twelve large screens surround the users, creating an immersive environment for data visualization and experiential learning. This enables the viewer to simultaneously view and study best practices and solutions to current and anticipated problems on the international, national, regional and local levels.
This summer, the SimCenter is hosting a lunchtime series: “High Noon – 20 Global Problems and 10 Years to Solve Them.” Topics range from biotechnology and intellectual property rights, to deforestation and water deficits. With 50 international interns doing research, you’ll learn more in one hour than 3 hours anywhere else.
The SimCenter is available for strategic planning, training sessions, stakeholder engagement and receptions. Individuals and organizations can become members or just rent the space on a hourly or daily basis.
Whether it is through their lunchtime series or with your organization, the World Resources SimCenter provides a better look at the bigger picture.
