One example of their sustainable practices is when they made a commitment to going paperless with their transaction. The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires that companies keep a “paper trail” of each of their transactions for legal purposes and to keep them on hand for a number of years. With an office doing over 2,000 transaction sides per year, this meant a lot of paper and ink were being used in addition to storage space taking up valuable office square footage.
